Order Processing

Processing Time: Most orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During exceptionally busy periods or holidays, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you'll automatically receive a second email containing your USPS Priority Mail tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery: Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 3 to 5 business days. Every order ships via USPS Priority Mail and tracking and insurance included.

Potential Delays: While USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, severe weather, holidays, or unexpected USPS delays may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

Domestic (U.S.): We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

International: We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your USPS Priority Mail tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 to 48 hours after USPS accepts your shipment into their system.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on requesting a replacement.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at sam@samzenskin.com with your name and order number. We'll work with USPS as quickly as possible to help resolve the issue. Every USPS Priority Mail shipment includes tracking and insurance for added peace of mind.
